Itinerary

Day 0Friends making day

We will start our journey to Hubli by Train Sleeper.
The journey which will be full-filled by many travel stories and introduction of your fellow trippers.

Day 1Vibhuthi Falls and Gokarna Beach Trek Adventure

Reach Hubli railway station and start to Vibhuthi waterfalls after a quick breakfast break.
There is a hike in thick jungle for about 500 metres to reach the waterfalls.
Immerse yourself in the refreshing pool beneath the falls, surrounded by the serene ambiance of nature’s tranquility. Take in the sights and sounds of the forest, capturing memorable photographs amidst the enchanting scenery.
Gokarna Beach Trek: Paradise beach to Om beach trek:
Depart from Vibhuthi Falls and head back towards Gokarna for an exhilarating beach trekking experience. The trek takes you through scenic coastal trails, offering panoramic views of the Arabian Sea and the rugged coastline. Marvel at the beauty of pristine beaches, hidden coves, and rocky cliffs along the way.
As the sun begins to set, make your way to your accommodation in Gokarna. Freshen up and unwind after an action-packed day of adventure and exploration.

Day 2Murudeshwar Temple & Honnavara Backwaters

Wake up early and be prepared for check-out before 7 AM.
Reach Murudeshwar and visit the famous Murudeshwar Temple.See the huge Shiva statue and explore the temple complex.
Take a short drive to Honnavar Backwaters.Hop on a boat for a peaceful ride through the mangrove forests and serene waterways.Take some time to relax and soak in the peaceful surroundings.
Leave Honnavar and start your journey to Hubli.Arrive in Hubli and proceed to the railway station to catch your train to Hyderabad.
Board your train to Hyderabad and settle in for the journey back home.

Reach Hyderabad in the morning with amazing memories

Trip ends today, sadly. We will reach Hyderabad with beautiful memories and friendships.

THINGS TO KNOW/TERMS & CONDITIONS.

Trip Confirmation: The trip will only be confirmed if there are at least 10 registered travelers.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for the initial advance booking amount.
Nature of Trip: This is a budget backpacking trip, not a luxury excursion. Travel time may be longer as we have only three days and need to reach various destinations regardless of their location.
Itinerary Changes: The itinerary is subject to changes by the trip organizer due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic, overcrowding, roadblocks, government restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances. Any additional costs incurred during these times must be covered directly by the client on the spot.
Safety Measures: The organizer reserves the right to modify the route, activities, and group members for safety reasons. Your cooperation in this regard is greatly appreciated.
Ticket Booking: Train tickets should be booked at least 45 days in advance to secure confirmed tickets. In case of unavailability, proceeding with the TATKAAL quota is an option, incurring additional charges. If TATKAAL booking fails, bus tickets will be booked at the prevailing market rate.
Activity Cancellations: In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions leading to the cancellation of certain activities, the operator will make every effort to offer an alternative feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the cancelled activity.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations will be taken over call or whatsApp msg. Please reply in email with payment receipt that you have received at the time of booking.
No Show . No refund.
If remaining payment is not received 7 days before the event start date, Your slot is assumed to be cancelled.
Incase of government orders, harsh weather conditions , protests , landslides or any other unforeseen circumstances , we work out the best possible alternate plans or trips/treks. At times even certain activities are cancelled , the organisation provides the best alternate but no refunds are provided.
If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh etc.), Offbeat Compass will issue a trek voucher for the full amount and if possible will provide an alternate trek. The voucher can be redeemed upto same amount for the same trek or another trek in the next 365 days from the trek departure date.
If a trek or trip cannot be completed due to natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh etc.). No refund would be provided.
Any extra expense coming due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, Train Cancellations etc.), Will be born by customer. Offbeat Compass will not be liable.

REFUND POLICY

Initial Payment is NON transferable and NON Refundable
If you cancel your trip 7 days before the event start date – Trek Voucher worth 80% of the Remaining Payment Component would be given.
If you cancel your trip Between 7 to 3 days of the event Start date – Trek Voucher worth 50% of the Remaining Payment Component would be given.
If you cancel your trip Between 2 days to 0 days – No Voucher or refund would be given.
All cancellations should be notified only VIA email to regadi@offbeatcompass.com
Refunds if any, would be settled on Wednesday, post-event date.

I am solo traveller,Can i join?

yes, you certainly can join. We often get many solo travelers on our trips and definitely you will find some likeminded people on the trip. Our objective is that we complete the trek/travel as a team. So, we always motivate people to come together and help each other.

How and when will your team coordinate with me?

We make a WhatsApp group of all the participants, besides, two days before the event and share all the necessary details in it.

When will I get trip/trek details?

Usually, An heads-up email with trip details such as things to carry, contact details of Trek Leaders, meeting details and the Do’s & don’ts will be communicated via both Email/WhatsApp within 3 days prior to the trip.

Are smoking and drinking allowed?

No, Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited.

I am first time trekker/traveler,Will the Trek/Travel be Difficult for Me?

We always believe in exploring our limits. Every Trek/Trip organized by Offbeat Compass would have Trek/Trip Captains, who would help you motivate you in difficult times on the trek/trip. Also, we have shared the itinerary in a form of a virtual trek/trip which would give you basic idea of the difficulty level of the trek/trip, which will help you in decision making.

Yes, We always make sure that we take proper precaution in regards of girl’s safety. We have female Trek/Trip Captains who have explored every trek/trip, Offbeat Compass has, in regards of the facilities, sanity and safety of a female trekkers/travelers.
