Gokarna – The most famous weekend gateway of Hyderabad is now offering us the green routes along the coast line !! Believe us these trails and tales of Gokarna are magical. One can freeze the memory of it for life time.

Dandeli – Located deep in the thick jungle, Dandeli is playground for Nature and Adventure lovers hosting multiple activities. It’s calm, slow paced living makes us wonder where we are rushing in life. The Pristine looking nature here especially in monsoons is some thing which make you admire the mother nature.

Itinerary

DAY 0 :THE NIGHT BEFORE HITTING THOSE AWESOME ROADS

We will start our journey to Hubli by Train – Sleeper ( Depending on the date you book and upon availability )
Next up? Introduction to the team and your New Friends.

DAY 1 : VIBHUTHI FALLS AND GOKARNA BEACH TREK ADVENTURE

Reach Hubli railway station and start to Vibhuthi waterfalls after a quick breakfast break.
There is a hike in thick jungle for about 500 metres to reach the waterfalls.
Immerse yourself in the refreshing pool beneath the falls, surrounded by the serene ambiance of nature’s tranquility. Take in the sights and sounds of the forest, capturing memorable photographs amidst the enchanting scenery.
Gokarna Beach Trek: Paradise beach to Om beach trek:
Depart from Vibhuthi Falls and head back towards Gokarna for an exhilarating beach trekking experience. The trek takes you through scenic coastal trails, offering panoramic views of the Arabian Sea and the rugged coastline. Marvel at the beauty of pristine beaches, hidden coves, and rocky cliffs along the way.
As the sun begins to set, make your way to your accommodation in Gokarna. Freshen up and unwind after an action-packed day of adventure and exploration.

DAY 2 :MURUDESHWAR TEMPLE & HONNAVARA BACKWATERS

Wake up early and be prepared for check-out before 7 AM.
Reach Murudeshwar and visit the famous Murudeshwar Temple.See the huge Shiva statue and explore the temple complex.
Take a short drive to Honnavar Backwaters.Hop on a boat for a peaceful ride through the mangrove forests and serene waterways.Take some time to relax and soak in the peaceful surroundings.
Leave Honnavar and start your journey to Dandeli.
Reach Dandeli & Rest for the night at Resort.

DAY 3 :DANDELI AND ITS JUNGLE BOOK ADVENTURES

Wake up early and head for a small hike in the forest near the campsite. A local guide will accompany you.
Indulge in White water Rafting & Other Water Activities.
Kayaking | Zorbing | Zip Lining | Rafting | Boat Ride | Swimming | Rain Dance

Our marvelous and enticing trip comes to an end here. We will continue journey towards Hubli.
Catch our train back to Hyderabad at 9 PM.

DAY 4 : REACH HYDERABAD IN THE MORNING WITH AMAZING MEMORIES

➡ Trip ends today. We will reach Hyderabad with beautiful memories and friendships.

Any other costing involved due to any kind of natural calamity, forced circumstances, which are out of our control.
Any additional cost incurred due to changes in Government Guidelines related to travel/trek/COVID-19 will be borne by the travellers
Any kind of emergency evacuation charges.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations will be taken over call or whatsApp msg. Please reply in email with payment receipt that you have received at the time of booking.
No Show . No refund.
If remaining payment is not received 7 days before the event start date, Your slot is assumed to be cancelled.
Incase of government orders, harsh weather conditions , protests , landslides or any other unforeseen circumstances , we work out the best possible alternate plans or trips/treks. At times even certain activities are cancelled , the organisation provides the best alternate but no refunds are provided.
If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh etc.), Offbeat Compass will issue a trek voucher for the full amount and if possible will provide an alternate trek. The voucher can be redeemed upto same amount for the same trek or another trek in the next 365 days from the trek departure date.
If a trek or trip cannot be completed due to natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh etc.). No refund would be provided.
Any extra expense coming due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, Train Cancellations etc.), Will be born by customer. Offbeat Compass will not be liable.

TRANSPORTATION BOOKING CLAUSE

Please book your slots for the event at least 45 days before the start date to have a peaceful journey in Train without Waitlist or RAC travel
This is important because railway tickets may not be available closer to the event date, and booking at the last minute may result in additional costs for Tatkal tickets. To avoid these issues and ensure your participation in the event, please book your slots well in advance.

We understand paying in full and planning in advance might be an issue for you, So we have eased out the process by allowing you to pay only ₹ 1800 for reserving your slot and helping us to reserve and secure your train journey travel tickets. You can pay the remaining amount 7 days before the event start date.

REFUND POLICY

Initial Payment is NON transferable and NON Refundable
If you cancel your trip 7 days before the event start date – Trek Voucher worth 80% of the Remaining Payment Component would be given.
If you cancel your trip Between 7 to 3 days of the event Start date – Trek Voucher worth 50% of the Remaining Payment Component would be given.
If you cancel your trip Between 2 days to 0 days – No Voucher or refund would be given.
All cancellations should be notified only VIA email to regadi@offbeatcompass.com
Refunds if any, would be settled on Wednesday, post-event date.

I am solo traveller,Can i join?

yes, you certainly can join. We often get many solo travelers on our trips and definitely you will find some likeminded people on the trip. Our objective is that we complete the trek/travel as a team. So, we always motivate people to come together and help each other.

How and when will your team coordinate with me?

We make a WhatsApp group of all the participants, besides, two days before the event and share all the necessary details in it.

When will I get trip/trek details?

Usually, An heads-up email with trip details such as things to carry, contact details of Trek Leaders, meeting details and the Do’s & don’ts will be communicated via both Email/WhatsApp within 3 days prior to the trip.

Are smoking and drinking allowed?

No, Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited.

I am first time trekker/traveler,Will the Trek/Travel be Difficult for Me?

We always believe in exploring our limits. Every Trek/Trip organized by Offbeat Compass would have Trek/Trip Captains, who would help you motivate you in difficult times on the trek/trip. Also, we have shared the itinerary in a form of a virtual trek/trip which would give you basic idea of the difficulty level of the trek/trip, which will help you in decision making.

Yes, We always make sure that we take proper precaution in regards of girl’s safety. We have female Trek/Trip Captains who have explored every trek/trip, Offbeat Compass has, in regards of the facilities, sanity and safety of a female trekkers/travelers.

We require a minimum of 5 participant to confirm the event
If in case, we fail to obtain the required minimum number of participants. We would initiate full refund or transfer to another event for the same departure date. (Option of transfer shall be subject to payment/refund of balance amount if any)
