➢ Confirm your booking by paying Initial amount of 3000 INR (Non-Refundable) of Hyd-Hyd Package Price, Remaining 02 Days before Departure.

Cancellation Policy
  • Initial Payment is NON transferable and NON Refundable
  • If you cancel your trip 7 days before the event start date – Trip Voucher worth 80% of the Remaining Payment Component would be given.
  • If you cancel your trip Between 7 to 3 days of the event Start date – Trip Voucher worth 50% of the Remaining Payment Component would be given.
  • If you cancel your trip Between 2 days to 0 days – No Voucher or refund would be given.
  • All cancellations should be notified only VIA email to srikanth.m@offbeatcompass.com
  • Refunds if any, would be settled on Wednesday, post-event date
