▪ Medical expenses (apart from first aid) and insurance of any kind. Tips, laundry, liquors, wines, mineral water, telephone charges, camera fee and items of personal nature
▪ Anything which is not mentioned in inclusions
▪ Cost escalation due any unforeseen reason like landslide, road closure, natural calamity and traffic jam.
▪ Please note that our vehicle will proceed only to the point permitted by the local police authorities. We strictly adhere to their guidelines and cannot go beyond the allowed limit. In case of restrictions, travelers will need to arrange and pay for a local taxi to reach our vehicle location.
Itinerary
• Pickup from RK Ashram Metro Station, Gate No. 3
• Departure time between 11-12:00 (Mid Night)
• Exact departure time will be shared one day prior in the group
• Travel by AC Semi Sleeper Bus
• Overnight journey towards Rishikesh
• Visit Dhari Devi Temple for divine blessings (If Time permits)
• Continue the journey through scenic mountain routes.
• Overnight stay at Sonprayag / Phata.
• On arrival at Parking, we have to walk to the Government taxi stand, to reach Gaurikund.
• We start our Trek from Gaurikund to Kedarnath.
• Trek through the beautiful valley and amazing river streams
• After reaching the top get blessed by the beautiful Kedarnath Temple and experience the amazing vibes in the valley of shiva.
• Attend the Mesmerizing aarti at the Temple.
• Overnight stay will be in Kedarnath
• Have breakfast & check-out from Homestay. Then we will leave for Gaurikund in the morning.
• We will reach Sonprayag and Check in at Hotel
• Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and unwind.
• Relax for the night while enjoying breathtaking valley views.
• Overnight stay at Pandukeshwar / Joshimath
• Visit Badrinath Temple for divine Darshan.
• Departure from Badrinath via Rishikesh.
• Reach Rishikesh by evening.
• Start overnight journey towards Delhi.
• Reach Delhi by next day.
• Participants are strongly advised to plan onward travel only after 12:00 PM to avoid missed connections or last-minute inconvenience.
• Keeping a sufficient buffer is important considering the long-distance mountain travel involved during the yatra.
• It is also recommended to book flexible or reschedulable tickets, as travel timings in the Himalayas may change due to factors beyond operational control.

➢ Confirm your booking by paying Initial amount of 5000 INR (Non-Refundable) of Delhi-Delhi Package Price, Remaining 10 Days before Departure.
➢ After making the payment, share the screenshot on our whatsapp number 9866502095 for confirmation
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Note that the cancellation charge is on the trip amount.
All this been said if you or me can find a replacement for the slot.
I will be happy to refund the entire amount.
