ITINERARY (Kochi- Kochi)

DAY 01ARRIVAL IN COCHIN. TRANSFER TO MUNNAR

Pick up from Cochin Airport or Railway Station.
Proceed towards Munnar(140 km / 4.30 hrs) through scenic routes
Visit the Spice Plantation en route.
Stop at the stunning Cheeyappara Waterfalls, Valara
Waterfalls (seasonal), Karadippara Viewpoint, and enjoy the view of
lush Tea Gardens.
Optional adventure: Zip Lining for a thrilling experience.
Upon arrival, check-in at your hotel in Munnar.
Overnight stay in Munnar.

DAY 02LOCAL SIGHTSEEING IN MUNNAR.

Start your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel.
Enjoy a full day exploring Munnar, including Mattupetty Dam, Kundala Lake,
and Echo Point.
In the afternoon, visit Eravikulam National Park (Note: Closed during Feb/Mar).
In the evening, explore the Tea Factory, Tea Gardens, Rose Garden, Blossom
Park, and the Tea Museum (closed on Mondays).
Overnight stay in Munnar

Day 03MUNNAR TO THEKKADY. ENJOY A CULTURAL SHOWS

Post breakfast in the morning, board your transfers to Thekkady.
• Enjoy a 3 hr road journey to Thekkady through the western ghats.
• Reach Thekkady, check in to the hotel and head out for sightseeing.
• We will visit the picturesque Periyar Lake, located in the middle of Periyar
National Park which is also a Tiger Reserve.
• In the evening, you will enjoy a traditional dance performance at the
Kadathanadan Kalari Center
• Overnight stay in Thekkady

DAY 04THEKKADY TO ALLEPPEY. ENJOY THE SERENE BACKWATERS.

Post breakfast in the morning, get ready and board your transfers.
• Enjoy your 4-5 hour road drive through the coastal landscapes of Kerala to
Alleppey.
• Upon reaching Alleppey, board your houseboat and rest for the day(Lunch &
Dinner will be provided in houseboat).
• Enjoy a beautiful evening by spending some leisure time by the backwaters
watching a sunset.
• Overnight stay in Alleppey

DAY 05DEPARTURE. ALLEPPEY TO KOCHI.

Have your breakfast at the hotel and get ready to board your return transfers to
Cochin.
• Your tour concludes once you are dropped off at Cochin Airport/ Railway Station
for your onward journey. (Your departure flight/ train should be after 1 pm).

Any additional cost incurred due to changes in Government Guidelines related to travel/trek/COVID-19 will be borne by the travellers
Anything not mentioned explicitly in the above program.
Additional Costs due to Flight Cancellations, Landslides, Roadblocks, and other natural calamities.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations will be taken over call or whatsApp msg. Please reply in email with payment receipt that you have received at the time of booking.
No Show . No refund.
If remaining payment is not received 7 days before the event start date, Your slot is assumed to be cancelled.
Incase of government orders, harsh weather conditions , protests , landslides or any other unforeseen circumstances , we work out the best possible alternate plans or trips/treks. At times even certain activities are cancelled , the organisation provides the best alternate but no refunds are provided.
If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh etc.), Offbeat Compass will issue a trek voucher for the full amount and if possible will provide an alternate trek. The voucher can be redeemed upto same amount for the same trek or another trek in the next 365 days from the trek departure date.
If a trek or trip cannot be completed due to natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh etc.). No refund would be provided.
Any extra expense coming due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, Train Cancellations etc.), Will be beared by customer. Offbeat Compass will not be liable.

REFUND POLICY

30 days or more prior to the departure date: 90% of the total package fee refundable
Between 21-30 days prior to the departure date: 60% of the total package fee refundable
Between 20-11 days prior to the departure date: 30% of the total package fee refundable
Less than 10 days prior to the departure date: No refund
No show: No refund
No refund will be made if a participant is unable to complete the tour/trek/adventure activity owing to medical conditions or any other reasons, after starting the tour/trek/adventure activity
