ITINERARY (Kochi- Kochi)

DAY 01ARRIVAL IN COCHIN. TRANSFER TO MUNNAR.

  • Pick up from Cochin Airport or Railway Station.
  • Proceed towards Munnar(140 km / 4.30 hrs) through scenic routes
  • Visit the Spice Plantation en route.
  • Stop at the stunning Cheeyappara Waterfalls, Valara
    Waterfalls (seasonal), Karadippara Viewpoint, and enjoy the view of
    lush Tea Gardens.
  • Optional adventure: Zip Lining for a thrilling experience.
  • Upon arrival, check-in at your hotel in Munnar.
  • Overnight stay in Munnar.

DAY 02FULL-DAY LOCAL SIGHTSEEING IN MUNNAR.

  • Start your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel.
  • Enjoy a full day exploring Munnar, including Mattupetty Dam, Kundala Lake,
    and Echo Point.
  • In the afternoon, visit Eravikulam National Park (Note: Closed during Feb/Mar).
  • In the evening, explore the Tea Factory, Tea Gardens, Rose Garden, Blossom
    Park, and the Tea Museum (closed on Mondays).
  • Overnight stay in Munnar

Day 03DEPARTURE. MUNNAR TO KOCHI.

  • Have your breakfast at the hotel and get ready to board your return transfers to
    Cochin.
  • Your tour concludes once you are dropped off at Cochin Airport/ Railway Station
    for your onward journey. (Your departure flight/ train should be after 1 pm).
  • Depart with a bag of happy memories.

  • In case your trip remains incomplete or uninitiated because of "force majeure" or due to personal reasons after you arrive at the starting point, you will not be able to get a refund, reschedule or replace any services that remain unutilized by you.
  • Any additional cost incurred due to changes in Government Guidelines related to travel/trek/COVID-19 will be borne by the travellers
  • Anything not mentioned explicitly in the above program.
  • Additional Costs due to Flight Cancellations, Landslides, Roadblocks, and other natural calamities.

Cancellation Policy

  • No cancellations will be taken over call or whatsApp msg. Please reply in email with payment receipt that you have received at the time of booking.
  • No Show . No refund.
  • If remaining payment is not received 7 days before  the event start date, Your slot is assumed to be cancelled. 
  • Incase of government orders, harsh weather conditions , protests , landslides or any other unforeseen circumstances , we work out the best possible alternate plans or trips/treks. At times even certain activities are cancelled , the organisation provides the best alternate but no refunds are provided.
  • If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh etc.), Offbeat Compass will issue a trek voucher for the full amount and if possible will provide an alternate trek. The voucher can be redeemed upto same amount for the same trek or another trek in the next 365 days from the trek departure date.
  • If a trek or trip cannot be completed due to natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh etc.). No refund would be provided.
  • Any extra expense coming due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, Train Cancellations etc.), Will be beared by customer. Offbeat Compass will not be liable.

REFUND POLICY

  • 30 days or more prior to the departure date: 90% of the total package fee refundable
  • Between 21-30 days prior to the departure date: 60% of the total package fee refundable
  • Between 20-11 days prior to the departure date: 30% of the total package fee refundable
  • Less than 10 days prior to the departure date: No refund
  • No show: No refund
  • No refund will be made if a participant is unable to complete the tour/trek/adventure activity owing to medical conditions or any other reasons, after starting the tour/trek/adventure activity
